Biography: Born May 19, 1970, Mr. Ross is a graduate of Doane College (B.S., 1992) and Willamette Law School (J.D. 1995). Mr. Ross is admitted to practice in Iowa state and federal district courts, South Dakota state and federal district courts, and Nebraska state court. Mr. Ross is a member of the Real Estate & Title Law and Probate, Property and Trust Law Sections of the Iowa State Bar Association; the Elder Services Committee of the Iowa State Bar Association; and is a member of the Gaming Law Committee of the South Dakota State Bar Association. Mr. Ross handles all types of real estate and business matters, including acquisitions, sales, partnership, corporation and limited liability company law.
