Biography: Born September 20, 1958, is a graduate of Creighton
University (B.A., 1981) and the University of Iowa (J.D. with distinction, 1983). He is admitted
to practice in Iowa state and federal district courts. He is a member of the General Practice
Section of the Iowa State Bar Association. He handles litigation involving personal injury for
both plaintiffs and defendants, employment matters, property damage, products liability, workers
compensation, municipal law and adoption. He has spoken on employment and other matters to
a variety of groups.
